Astrid Park is a place where everyone can belong, inclusive in nature & unpretentious in its surroundings.

At Astrid Park, we provide you with not only a groovy place to stay, but a stellar experience that will keep you coming back again & again. Our goal? Give you stories that you’ll be reminiscing over with your best friends at 90 years old.

Built by members of the queer community, our focus is on creating a space where everyone feels included & most importantly, where everyone feels safe to unwind & focus on one thing only, having a good time. Whether it’s lounging by the fireside in your plaid that’s your taste, or dressing up in your fanciest tutu to frolic the grounds, we want you to do you, always.. Because this is where the magic really happens at Astrid.

Inclusivity for our guests, diversity in our employees & taking a sustainable approach to the park as a whole are at the backbone of Astrid Park.

The previously loved campers & buses that we’ve restored are all about creating a place where humans can unwind & connect with nature + each other, without the environmental impact that comes with your traditional motel experience. By providing eco-friendly amenities & activities for all ages, paired with stellar design & the friendliest humans, Astrid Park may just be the off-grid experience you’ve been waiting for.

The story behind our name.

When we thought of names for our park, we wanted something strong & meaningful. Our friend Miranda told us the story of her Great Grandmother, Astrid, a powerhouse of a lady who emigrated from Sweden to Saskatchewan when she was 5.. From there, let’s just say the rest is history.
